THE COUPLE
Rebecca and Jason met through mutual friends while attending college. They both love the outdoors and enjoy adventures and activities that involve being active together. Things like hiking and camping, snowboarding and canoeing. They have such a playful relationship, it was so much fun to watch them together enjoy their special day which they made really special by incorporating things like taking the guys out to Tommy Gunn’s for hot shaves before getting ready and adding a lunch and drinks break at The Parlour Italian kitchen.
THE PROPOSAL
Jason planned the proposal by telling Rebecca they were going a petting zoo and then a fair when actuality he was taking her skydiving! This was the part Rebecca was most surprised about because she never saw that coming. Once the excitement of Skydiving was over, Jason had planned a canoe trip just outside the city to relax. He had a beautiful picnic packed where they ate pizza and drank wine and after dinner he popped the question!

I absolutely loved how this couple incorporated a lunch and drinks break into their day, besides enjoying the great food we were able to create some wonderful images while keeping warm on such a cold winter day. So if you are planning a winter wedding, you may want to consider a similar idea for your day.
